What is Ketamine?
Ketamine has emerged as a promising treatment for depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. Its unique effectiveness appears to come from two important actions in the brain:Reducing inflammation: Growing evidence suggests that inflammation plays a role in many forms of depression. Ketamine may help by calming this inflammatory activity in the brain.Supporting brain growth: Ketamine has also been found to encourage neurogenesis—helping the brain form new neural connections—which is believed to support healing and emotional resilience.
Highly effective treatment for depression and anxiety
We offer a comprehensive, individualized approach that may integrate various therapeutic modalities. Prior to initiating ketamine treatment, we conduct a thorough assessment to determine its appropriateness
Proven Effectiveness
Ketamine takes a different route than traditional antidepressants, targeting other pathways in the brain. Clinical research continues to show impressive results for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and compulsive patterns—especially when other treatments haven’t brought relief.Fast-Active Relief
Many people—about 3 out of 4—experience a noticeable improvement in symptoms shortly after starting ketamine treatment. In some cases, these positive effects can last for weeks or even months, creating space for deeper healing and therapeutic work.A Longstanding Safety Record
Used safely in medical settings since the 1960s, ketamine has a well-established safety profile. In mental health care, only low doses are used, much lower than what’s needed for anesthesia. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan designed to ensure safety and effectiveness.

A breakthrough treatment for couples therapy
Ketamine-assisted couples therapy blends structured relationship work with carefully guided ketamine experiences. In clinical settings, this approach has been found to:Disrupt repetitive conflict cycles
We begin by identifying each couple’s unconscious patterns—like one shutting down while the other pursues—which often replay in many fights. Ketamine can foster more erspective, helping partners step back and see each other’s roles in these patternsIncrease empathy, openness, and flexibility
Scientific analysis suggests ketamine enhances neuroplasticity, empathy, emotional attunement, and perspective-taking—all essential for new, healthier connection
1. Assessment & Preparation: We start with a joint sessions and individual check-ins to explore relationship goals, share personal histories, and uncover patterns that hurt your bond. Together, we plan how ketamine can specifically support these areas2. Guided Medicine Sessions: In a warm, safe setting, you and your partner side by side—often with eye masks and soft music—to embark on internal journeys. Afterward, therapists gently facilitate grounding and connection as the experience winds down.3. Integration Work: The session acts like “shaking up the puzzle box”—uncovering patterns and perspectives. Integration is the time we “put the pieces back together”: reflecting on insights, and translating breakthroughs into new patterns and communication. Multiple integration sessions support real-life shifts
How Many Sessions?
Most couples take part in 2–5 medicine sessions, each followed by at least one integration session. These are spaced over weeks or months, woven into your ongoing relational work, so lasting change can take rootWhat Outcomes can I expect to see?
This approach invites a deep re‑entrance into connection. Couples who've been stuck or tried other therapies often report profound improvements in communication, trust, intimacy, and a deeper sense of shared joy—even reconciling longstanding conflicts. Is this right for my relationship?
